All information gathered on this site is kept strictly confidential and will never be used sold or traded with any third parties.

Secure Transactions

If the buyer's browser supports the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol (currently Netscape, Microsoft Internet Explorer, AOL, and many other browsers do), then credit card and check information entered on a merchant's Order Form is encrypted before it is sent over the Internet. When received by us, the information is decrypted, allowing it to pass over the Internet, safe from prying eyes and potential thieves.

Product pricing represented here is common among many of our offerings but are not representative of all pricing.
Product may vary in cost however the senario is the same accross all product lines that sell in 1Ltr & 4Ltr bottles

International Shipments

We do ship overseas however there are some differences that potential customers should be aware of.

There are some destinations that due to political situations make delivery difficult.
Freight charges are expensive so usually orders less than a skid load become cost prohibitive.
Larger credit card transactions sometimes have difficulty due to limitations on the card.
Western Union or Certified Check are acceptable alternative payment solutions.
Established customers may elect to apply for direct deposit.
If you choose to use your own carrier freight terms become "FOB Origin".

Order Processing
New orders received prior to 4.00pm Central are processed to our distributors the same day they are received. Our distributor will usually ship withing 2 business days of order receipt.

Note: Remote areas may experience additional lead times.

Can I find out where my order is after it is shipped?

When you provide your EMail address during the checkout process we include that into the Canada Post tracking system
You will recieve Emails directly from Canada Post that provides the following:

Delivery lead time will vary dependant upon your geographical location.
Your tracking number usually the next day from shipment.
The Day the order was picked up from our facility.Any missed attempets to deliver to your destination address.
Finally the date and time the product was delivered to you.

Using your Tracking number provided you can go directly to the Canada Post website canadapost.ca to check the current statis of your package.
Note: Updates from the days transactions do not take place till after the end of the business day usually late at night.

Payment by check
Unfortunately the lead time to process an order is not in the best interests of your horses health as we had to hold orders until
we were able to process the cheque. ith this in mind we found it necessary to stop offering pay by cheque as an option on our site.
