How long does it take to process my order?
All orders received before 4:00pm Central are transmitted to our suppliers the same day they are received.
Canadian orders will take 5 to 7 business days to be delivered.
U.S. Orders take a 7 to 10 business days to be delivered.
How do I calculate how long the product will last?
Here is some basic information to help you calculate how long your product will last
- A 1liter Bottle is equal to 1,000ml or 1,000cc or 1quart
- A 4liter bottle is equal to approximately 1US Gallon
Can I find out where my order is after it is shipped?
When you provide your EMail address during the checkout process we include that into the Canada Post tracking system
You will recieve Emails directly from Canada Post that provides the following
- Your tracking number usually the next day from shipment
- The Day the order was picked up from our facility.
- Any missed attempets to deliver to your destination address.
- Finally the date and time the product was delivered to you.
Using your Tracking number provided you can go directly to the Canada Post website canadapost.ca to check the current statis of your package.
Note: Updates from the days transactions do not take place till after the end of the business day usually late at night.

Who pays for shipping?
Freight charges are the responsibility of the customer and will be billed as part of the transaction.
We make every effort to be consistant with our shipping rates however to some extent the economy determins our rates.
Increases in fuel cost are the largest influence on our rates.
How much will shipping cost?

Shipping rates fluctuate as a result of Oil prices and the U.S. dollar
Our Current Rates are:
$7.50 Cdn Ontario
$8.50 Cdn for the rest of Canada
$14.50 Cdn for U.S. shipments.

We have standardised our rates for your convenience and actually loose margin on almost all transactions.

We also accept personal checks.(Shipment cannot be made before the check has cleared which will increase the lead time)

How does a secure transaction remain secure?
If the buyer's browser supports the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol (currently Netscape, Microsoft Internet Explorer, AOL, and many other browsers do), then credit card and check information entered on a merchant's order form is encrypted at your computer before it is sent over the Internet. When received by us, the information is decrypted, allowing it to pass over the Internet, safe from prying eyes and potential thieves.
Who has access to my credit card Information?
The only people who have access to your card information is the Banking Institution that handles the transaction.
As the owner of the site I am the only individule who has security privilages to your card number and expiry date.
This site does not have access to the security code number or CVV found on the back of your card at any time.
Your customer contact information is maintained but will never be used without your consent for any purpose.
New customers are automatically added to our members list and will receive announcements periodically.
We do not spam from this or any EStores site.
There is an unsubscribe link on the home page.

Canada Post is our provider for all our shipping needs.
As a provider they are the most cost effective for our customers and offer online tracking comparable to most other transportation companies.
Returns / Refunds Policy
Returns or Refund requests can be accepted within 30 days of product delivery.
An R.M.A.(Return Material Authorization) number must accompany all returns.

Please include your order number and a description of the problem.
Shipping instructions and method will be sent to you by Email.
Return product must be properly packaged for shipment to prevent damage.
Refunds can only be processed after the returned product has been inspected by our staff.
Products failing inspection will be returned only upon request.
