Back On Track Ankle Brace(Therapeutic)
Similar to the knee braces, the ankle brace also comes in a choice of either a basic model, or one with an adjustable elastic band above the ankle itself.
The basic model is quite suitable for complaints involving pain or poor circulation, but without any substantial associated swelling.
In cases involving swelling, such as a localised build-up of oedema, it is recommended to use the adjustable model. This ankle brace incorporates an adjustable elastic band above the ankle with Velcro attachments at each end. The band is removable if necessary. The adjustable band is especially practical when you have an injury that has caused a localised build-up of oedema, which will generally disperse upon application of our therapeutic ankle brace. The adjustable strap allows you to tighten the garment as the swollen ankle reduces in size.
Please note: The ankle brace has an oval-shaped opening for the heel. If your injury is located around this site, it is recommended to use our socks so that the therapeutic ceramic fabric covers the problem area.
